Do I have to use the online ordering system for all orders?

Preferably, Yes, to insure complete accuracy.  However, If you are in the field and need to place an order quickly you may do so through our phone ordering system (1-800-539-4834). 
 

Will I receive confirmation of the signpost installation?

You will receive a confirmation email with a digital photo of the signpost installed at the property. 

If I have special instructions for my order, how do I convey them?

Please enter any special instructions in the Special Instructions text box on our order form. Please use as much space as necessary to convey your needs. 

If I place an order, when will it be installed?

Within 48 Hours (Business Hours). Install A Post Hours are Monday thru Firday 8 A.M. to 6 P.M.

Please note that New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Veterans' Day, Columbus Day, Presidents Day, Martin Luther King Day, and any Install A Post Holidays do not count as business days.

 

Need a sign installed immediately and cannot wait the 48 Hours.

Rush Order Requests are done within 24 Hours (Business Hours) for a small fee.

What if I need a post installed outside Install A Post hours of business? 
Because the real estate market is fast paced, Install A Post services may be provided outside of business hours with approval from our sales office (additional fee required).  Please email support@installapost.com or call our sales office at 1-800-539-4834. 

How do I know when my order has been received ?

If your order is placed through our online ordering system you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received the request.

 

What if I need more than one signpost for my listing? 
Many of our clients order two or more posts for their exclusive listings.  Just indicate the number of posts needed when ordering.

 

What if I need more flyers delivered to my listing or would like to add another product?                                           
You can add a product at anytime by clicking the “Add Service Box” where you are then able to type any special instructions and let us know what products you are in need of.

 

I have an emergency and need to contact you right away. What do I do? Our office is open Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.  If you have a problem or question that needs immediate attention you are able to reach us by phone at 801-678-7690.  This phone number is for Emergencies only.  You may also email us at support@installapost.com.   

How long are signposts installed for?

All Install A Post signpost orders are installed for the life of the listing as long as Install A Post is used for all Installs. We do not have recurring monthly renewal charges like other companies. All signposts will be removed within 48 hours from when the removal request is received. If a company leaves Install A Post to a new provider, all posts will be removed within 72 hours.
